0.1.0.0

Qt/ port of the AmiBenchmark benchmark with a shared results database, workload registry, profiles, themes and a localized interface.

What the project solves

Qt/ port of the AmiBenchmark benchmark with a shared results database, workload registry, profiles, themes and a localized interface.

Typical use

  • Starting local benchmark workloads
  • Comparison and history of results
  • Testing of Qt parity and original variants

How the application works and what it is for

Overview

AmiBenchmark _ QT is the modernized / Qt6 port of the original Tk application AmiBenchmark. It shares 1: 1 data contract (SQLite, XLSX import / export, workload runner API), so both versions can be entered in the same database in alternating way as wymienować exports without losing information.

Application is supplied as single-file monolite (~ 7860 lines) according to Qt port convention repositors. No external runtime modules, no submodules - everything is inline (themes, localization loader, splash, framework dialog, workload register, batch mode dispatcher).

Key features

  • 14 topics (light + dark variant, frosted, neon, retro CRT,...) with live preview in SettingsDialog.
  • 18 languages (CZ + EN = 100% coverage, 16 additional, 94% fallback chain runtime).
  • RANGE Presents: 5k / 10k / 50k / 200k / 500k / 1M (bounds ).
  • User profile: 24 persistent keys (last START / RANGE / CORES, theme, language, music, notification,...) - round-trip without drift.
  • Workload registers: subprocess isolation, runner.py contract v2.0, validate / run / save _ report / rediscover action.
  • Composite run _ id deduce: SHA-256 (start + range + cores + cpu + timestamp _ minute) - safely deducts repeated imports.
  • Splash screen + tray icon + native notifications.
  • Tooltips: 12 new keys in BenchmarkTab, Top10View, ChartsView, WorkloadsManagerDialog (tooltip parity audit Tk returned 0 → qualitative superstructure).

batch mode interface

Fully headless mode (no Qt event loop, suitable for CI and batch automation):
