What the project solves
ISP Generator graphical interface is a visual and theme-authorizing tool that creates colour pallets, UI themes, icons and export assettes from images or specific video images. It has gradually grown far beyond the original role of the icon generator for BBB Browser.
How the application works and what it is for
Overview
ISP Generator graphical interface is used for palette extraction, UI preview, icon export (ICO / PNG), SVG export and crop workflow over images and video.
The current building has completed the workflow video → slider → in-memory screenshot → other work as with the picture.
Video workflow
- Loading video over File → Load image / video... or drag & drop.
- Slider determines the time point; the frame index and time are displayed next door
- Generate screenshot creates a image only into the memory (without the interfile).
- The image is inserted as an active source image and is continued with the common ISP workflow.
- Back to video return the user to the video slider and select another frame.
- Export cropu from video frame uses MaVi- compatible names 1: 1.
Function
- Extraction of dominant colors, lock / unlock swatchy, color editing.
- Preview: source, UI preview, icon preview, SVG preview + size estimates.
- FULL preview dialog (non-modal) with Qt / Tk preview switch.
- Export: Crop, ICO / PNG set, SVG.
