Overview

Python Env Bootstrapper is a zero day tool. It serves for quick setting of the development environment without the need for manual downloading of installers and setting of PATH variables.

Workflow

  2. Pip & Deps: Automatic installation of libraries from selected .
  3. Deployment: Creation of desktop launchers ( for graphical interface applications without black console).
  4. PyInstaller: Optional project jacket to a single .exe file.

Python Env Bootstrapper QT prepares a fresh Windows 11 machine for running its own Python applications. The primary goal is to remove the manual sequence "find the installer → install Python → Verify pip / PATH → complete install requirements → create launcher" and convert it to a controlled graphical interface workflow.

Python Installation

The tool will download the official Python installer, allow you to select the target version in advance and will be restarted with the administrator's rights via UAC as needed. Installation is done quietly with pip and PATH support and immediately verified when the presence is completed python.exe, pythonw.exe and the real version of runtime.

Addiction and launcher

After installation you can choose requirements.txt, install the necessary packages and create desktop launcher using pythonw, so the target graphical interface application does not run with the unnecessary console. Optionally, PyInstaller can also be launched and standalone EXE can be created.

Progress and Deployment

The UI displays the live status, percentage at download and the indefinite progress at installation / build steps. For the target Windows computer is the recommended mode of pre-created EXE bootstrapper - precisely for the tool to work on a machine where Python is not yet installed.
