Foreword, manifesto, theory, observation and everyday practice
The TUS is an open authorial system and philosophical-hypothetical model. The 0.4.6 edition complements the methodological preface, clarifies the line between observation and hypothesis and extends the MÚB to 25 practical methods.
The model began to form in 1999 under the working name Neutralus Universus. Web edition 0.4.6 continuously improves it and explicitly separates observations, inference, hypotheses and metaphors.

The preface explains the methodology and the genesis of the model. The manifesto is formulated by the ontological core in the TUS language. Theory distinguishes how elements fit together and what their epistemic status is. Observations are maintained by personal genesis. Practice converts the ethical and psychological part into everyday work. The social part uses the TUS as an analytical framework, not as evidence of space policy management.
